Which Ascot Sport products can I purchase on the site?

The online shop offers a selection of Ascot Sport branded items.

How many products can I purchase?

The number of purchases that can be made is unlimited, however it should be noted that the products may be subject to warehouse availability.

How can I add or remove products from the cart?

After selecting the model, color and size of the desired item, simply click on the cart icon to add the product to the shopping list.

To remove the product from the cart, you need to view the contents of the cart itself, select the item you want to delete, and click on "delete"/"remove item". To confirm the removal, simply update the cart by clicking on "update cart".

What are the payment methods?

It is possible to complete the purchase by credit card (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro, American Express and Diners), via PayPal.

The MasterPass service is also available, the "virtual wallet" developed by MasterCard, which allows you to make online purchases simply, quickly and securely, without having to enter your credit card details with each new order.

Are the payments secure?

Absolutely yes! Ascot Sport uses PayPal which adopts the highest technologies for security management: the transaction takes place on special dedicated servers, so that the end customer can make purchases enjoying the protection guaranteed by PayPal.

Thanks to this service, credit card data is not processed or stored directly by the Ascot Sport website, but sent directly to the Bank through international circuits and authorized payment gateways, which carry out the transaction in complete security.

Do I need to keep my order number?

If it is necessary to contact Customer Service, it is advisable to keep your order number, included in the summary and purchase confirmation email.

Those who have created their account on the site will also be able to view both current orders and the entire history of purchases made.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course: to receive the invoice relating to the order, simply request it during the purchase procedure.

When are the products shipped?

Shipments to Italy are made via TNT express courier: orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment by credit card, and times vary from 1 to 3 days depending on the location of residence.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders amounting to €59.00 or more, shipping is free. Below this threshold, fixed shipping costs amount to €5.90.

Can I request shipping to a different address than the billing address?

When completing the order it is possible to request delivery to an address other than the billing address by filling in the "shipping address" field with the desired address.

In the case of delivery to a workplace or to a third party, it is advisable to specify the name written on the bell in the appropriate field of the additional delivery instructions intended for the courier.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If no one was present at the time of delivery to receive the package and sign the receipt, the courier will leave a notice and/or contact the customer to agree on a new time and reschedule the delivery.  

What to do if the size, model or color of the item is incorrect?

If the size, model or color of the item does not correspond to those desired, it is possible to request an exchange of goods by filling out the appropriate online form for requests for returns and/or exchanges.

Customers with a personal account will be able to download the form directly from the site by logging in and clicking on the appropriate link in the returns/exchanges section.

Customers who have made a purchase as guests (and therefore do not have their own account) will instead be able to go back to the form link via the summary and confirmation email of their order.

It is recommended to also fill in the section relating to the notes, specifying the reasons for the return request.

In case of defective products it is also possible to write to Customer Service, attaching images of the faulty product. 

If you intend to request the same item, changing only the colour/size/model, simply indicate the code of the item you wish to replace, specifying the correct colour, size and/or model.

If, however, you wish to replace the item with another product, it is necessary to keep in mind that the value of the item chosen instead of the previous one must be at least equal to that of the original item.

How are returned and/or exchanged items shipped?

The following regulations apply for both exchanges and returns:

- the right of withdrawal includes the item in its entirety: boxes, envelopes, labels and accessories included.

- the returned item must be intact, clean and complete with all its parts (including packaging and travel documentation).

- the labels must be attached and not tampered with.

- the product packaging must be the original one: please do not apply labels or adhesive tape directly to it.

- until confirmation of receipt by our warehouse, the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer.

- shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. To avoid misunderstandings, it is recommended to carry out shipments relating to returns and/or exchanges by relying on reliable couriers, who issue the necessary receipts for collection and delivery.

- in the event of changes, shipping the correct item will not result in additional charges compared to any shipping costs already incurred previously.

How can I get a refund?

To obtain a refund for returned items, you must complete the appropriate online form for requests for returns and/or exchanges and send it, in order to obtain feedback from Customer Service.

Customers with a personal account will be able to download the form directly from the site by logging in and clicking on the appropriate link in the returns/exchanges section.

Customers who have made a purchase as guests (and therefore do not have their own account) will instead be able to go back to the form link via the summary and confirmation email of their order.

Once the request has been processed and approval to proceed has been obtained, a confirmation email will be sent.

The sum to be refunded includes the entire value of the product, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the customer.

The net amount will be refunded within 14 days from the actual date of return of the goods (and receipt at our warehouse).

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made by crediting the same card.

If the payment was made by cash on delivery, it will be possible to proceed with the refund in two ways:

- by crediting the current account (in which case the customer must provide their bank details);

- by transforming the sum into a virtual shopping voucher on the Ascot Sport website (in this case, once registered on the website by creating a personal account, the customer will receive a credit equal to the amount being refunded, which can be spent on future purchases on the Ascot Sport website).
